Edward Santiago and Al Cohen, co-owners of First Choice Limousine, work together without a snag, despite an age difference and different backgrounds. Cohen, 68, has experience in luxury transportation while Santiago, 40 was a mobile radiography technician. However, they share the same desire to manage a respected company that is well-respected by clients and other operators. Santiago believes clients get the best of both worlds with him and Cohen. Santiago acknowledges that their strengths are opposites. “It’s like having a black and tan. You get the old with new.” Santiago respects the results Cohen has achieved by building business the old-fashioned way. Santiago shakes hands with Cohen and knocks on doors.
