About Costa Mesa
Costa Mesa (; Spanish for "Mesa Coast") is a city in Orange County, California, United States. Since its incorporation in 1953, the city has grown from a semi-rural farming community of 16,840 to an urban area including part of the South Coast Plaza–John Wayne Airport edge city, one of the region's largest commercial clusters, with an economy based on retail, commerce, and light manufacturing. The city is home to the two tallest skyscrapers in Orange County. The population was 111,918 at the 2020 census. == History == Members of the Tongva and Acjachemen nations long inhabited the area.

Dr. Soo was born in Seoul, South Korea and moved to Michigan at the age of sixteen as an exchange student. Then she moved to Wenham, MA to pursue her Bachelor's degree in Biology at Gordon College. Dr. Soo graduated from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA and received her general practice residency training at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center in Downey, CA where she had rich experience working with medically complex patients. Dr. Soo chose to study dentistry to help her mother, who had many urgent dental needs. She wanted to help others with similar experiences. She also has a heart for patients with disabilities who have limited access to dental care.
Dr. Soo's clinical expertise includes cosmetic work, such as fillings and crowns, Invisalign, as well as root canal treatment, implants, extractions, and Invisalign. She believes that learning is a lifelong process and attends many continuing education seminars and courses to update and expand her professional knowledge. Dr. Kwon belongs to the American Dental Association and Los Angeles Dental Society. She is also a member of Spear Education and PIA Study Club.
Dr. Soo is a master at calming nervous dental patients and educating them about their dental health.
